Manchester Barton Aerodrome and Manchester Heliport (“The Airport”) is operated under the control of City
Airport Ltd (“The Company)”. The use of the Airport for the purpose of aircraft movements is subject to the
following terms and conditions, which shall apply to the exclusion of any other terms which a person may seek to
introduce. No variations to these terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing with authorised
representatives of the Company.
