Key Responsibilities:
• Navigating the globe through comprehensive flight planning and scheduling, including the coordination of ground handling, PPR, traffic rights, slots, and fuel.
• Seamless coordination of crew travel and hotel accommodations.
• Maintaining a watchful eye on all trips in progress to coordinate ground logistics and relay key information.
• Facilitating the orchestration of third-party services.
Required Attributes:
• A proven background within the aviation sector.
• Flexible and ready to work in shifts.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a knack for maintaining calm under pressure.
• An excellent team player with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office with solid general IT skills.
