Landing Contract Restrictions
⚠ Please note the following conditions apply: (Full Terms and Conditions below)

• The contract is for individual use only when acting as Pilot in Command (P1). It cannot be transferred to others.

• The contract only applies to private fixed-wing or gyrocopter flights.

• It is not valid for: 

  • Flights conducted for hire or reward.

  • Any other commercial use, including initial PPL training or maintenance flights.

• Misuse of the contract may result in cancellation without refund.

Terms and Conditions
A) General Conditions

• The Landing Contract covers landing fees only. It does not include aerodrome parking or other chargeable facilities.

• The Aerodrome Management may offer additional benefits at its discretion, which may be altered or withdrawn at any time.

• The contract is not transferable to another person.

• The contract is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. 

• No more than one active contract can be held at a time. Renewals will be charged at the rate applicable on the expiry date.

• No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the contract.

• Abuse of contract terms may result in cancellation without refund. The Aerodrome Management’s decision is final.

B) Landing Contract Usage

• The contract is available only to individual PPL holders. It is not available to student pilots.

• It may only be used by the contract holder acting as Pilot in Command (P1).

• The contract cannot be used for: 

  • ​Flights conducted in aircraft owned or operated by a flight training school for ab-initio training.

  • Any commercial flying except for post-PPL training where the contract holder is the student.

• To claim free landings, the Landing Contract number must be provided when: 

  • Booking out.​​

  • Completing inbound PPR.

  • If a valid Landing Contract number is not provided, standard landing fees will apply.

  • By purchasing a Landing Contract, the holder agrees to comply with the Aerodrome Terms and Conditions and all operational requirements in the Aerodrome Pilot Handbook.

• The contract allows unlimited landings, including touch-and-go landings, at Barton Aerodrome for the contract period.
