Returns / Refund Policy

The team at Manchester Barton Aerodrome want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with an item, we offer a simple and hassle-free return / refund process. Please read our policy below for all the details.

 

Return Window

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date for all items.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Certain items, such as final sale and personalised products, are not eligible for returns. Please refer to the “Non-Returnable Items” section below for more details.

 

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Your Return:
    Begin by contacting us via email at shop@bartonaerodrome.co.uk quoting your name and your order number, we’ll guide you through the process.

  2. Package Your Items:
    Carefully pack and secure your items in the original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure any couriers charged with returning goods have adequate insurance covering the value of the goods shipped.

  3. Shipping the Return:

    • All Returns: Customers are responsible for paying any charge incurred for postage when returning any item.

 

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refund Type: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please specify this when initiating the return. Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible, based on inventory availability.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.

  • Personalized Products: Customized or personalised items.

  • Digital Products: E-books, software, and other digital downloads.

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our operations team directly at shop@bartonaerodrome.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item. We will gladly assist with a replacement or full refund.
